This notice explains what happens when you use the appointment request form on the Rancho City website.

Information in your request

The form uses the information you enter to create a request slip in your browser. The page does not automatically send or store those form entries. If you select Email request to Rancho City, your email application opens a draft addressed to admin@rancho.city. The details are sent only if you choose to press Send.

How emailed details are used

Rancho City may use details you choose to email to review the ranch or animals you are offering, reply to you, and discuss a face-to-face meeting. Please include only information needed to discuss your request.

Live chat

The live chat widget is provided by Tawk.to. If you use it, your chat messages are sent to Tawk.to to provide the chat service. Please avoid sending sensitive information through chat.
